When to schedule maintenance:
If your system heats and cools your home:
Perform maintenance in the spring and fall.
Perform maintenance once a year, before the cooling season.
Perform maintenance once a year, before the heating season.

This agreement includes complete cleaning and a 15-point inspection only of your air conditioning unit. Any additional labor or any parts (filters, belts etc.) needed will be charged to the customer and payable at the time service and repairs have been made.
