12-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
If the System is installed in a residential single-family home and registered by a Ductless Pro within 90 days from installation, the parts and compressor will be warranted for a period of 12 years, to the original owner, so long as the original owner resides in the home. So all the same legalities mentioned in the standard warranty apply, but you can receive 12-years of parts coverage.

Mitsubishi warranties their product against failure due to defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows. All warranty periods begin on the date of original installation. If the date cannot be verified, the warranty period begins one hundred twenty (120) days from date of manufacture. This limited warranty does not cover labor or other costs incurred. Proof of proper installation by a state-licensed HVAC/R Contractor will be required in order to validate warranty eligibility.
